Despite significant investment in project management,
many high-profile projects still fail to deliver what is
expected. Sue Pritchard and Danny Chesterman describe
how an Action Research Consortium was set up to address
this challenge, and propose that there is a need to
build and maintain bridges between the hitherto separate
fields of project management, leadership development and
organisational learning.
