Oliver Recklies

Dagmar Recklies (1969) is co-founder and managing director of Recklies Management Project GmbH.

Dagmar currently works as specialist for strategic planning and strategic research at COREALCREDIT BANK AG, Frankfurt, a specialised commercial real estate financing company. Her main focus in on the development of internal tools and processes, strategic planning, and the  calculation of the financial impact of various strategic measures.

Further on, Dagmar Recklies gained experience as Financial analyst in the coporate development department of Schaeffler Group, Herzogenaurach, a global industrial and automotive supplier. Here she was responsible for strategic planning, strategic market research, and she participated in several national and international M&A-projects.

Before establishing RMP Dagmar worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers at the Project Finance & Privatization department. Her tasks comprised the development and assessment of business plans and strategies from small and medium sized companies. In addition she developed business plans for corporate restructuring. In this position she gained an extended experience in the fields of financial analysis, business planning and strategic development.

Dagmar Recklies attended a course of studies of Real Estate Investment Banking at the Real Estate Management Institute of the  European Business School (ebs) in Oestrich-Winkel in 2007, which she successfully finished with the degree of Real Estate M&A Advisor (ebs).

From 2000 until May 2001 Dagmar Recklies absolved her MBA program  at Henley Management College, Henley-on-Thames, UK. Her dissertation focused on the benefits and challenges of e-business for SME's in Germany.

Dagmar Recklies studied business economics at the University in Magdeburg from 1989 to 1994. Main subjects were Accounting, Auditing and Controlling. She finished her studies with a master of business economics (Diplom-Kaufmann). In her dissertation she analysed the issues of return accounting under the circumstances of products with longterm production.

Oliver Recklies (1970) is co-founder and managing director of Recklies Management Project GmbH.

After several assignments in leading positions for regional banks in Germany, Oliver works now as head of finance at Bausparkasse Mainz AG, a national building and loan association in Germany.

Since his professional training Oliver worked in several banks as internal auditor and assistant of the board of directors, and head of IT / Organization / Sales control. His core competencies are in the fields of comprehensive bank management system, risk management, strategic sales control, corporate strategy and change management.

Oliver Recklies did distance learning studies in business economics at the private university AKAD from 1993 to 1998. His main subject was banking. He graduated with a master of business economics (Diplom-Betriebswirt FH). In his dissertation he analysed the profits of corporate loans by employment of ERP-Ressources. 

From 2000 until May 2001 Oliver Recklies absolved his MBA program at Henley Management College, Henley-on-Thames, UK. His dissertation focused on the employment of e-business to establish a successful customer relationship management strategy in the (retail) banking industry.
At present he is also an external PhD-Student from the Orgmasz Institute at Warsaw School of Economics. In his dissertation he researches the strategic planning of European Retail banks.
