An evaluation based on case studies. Why are several
e-Learning offers successful and others not? Which
factors are important? How must we arrange e-Learning,
to attain a benefit? Benefit from the viewpoint of the
learners: independency of time and place, a better
understanding, because of multimedia support and
individual coaching, a “simple” way to pass the exam.
Benefit from the viewpoint of educators: best possible
support, guide the learners to self-organisation (not
only what to learn, but also how to learn, to find
information and to analyse it critically), knowledge
acquisition not only to pass an exam, but to show them
